Job Role and Responsibilities:
SAP MM STP Lead to drive the Source-to-Pay workstream in a SAP S/4HANA implementation under the RISE with SAP framework. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless procurement processes, system integration, and business transformation aligned with SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate workshops for process design, fit-gap analysis, and solution architecture.
Oversee data migration activities related to material master, vendor master, purchasing documents, and inventory balances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP, Ariba, etc.) to ensure integrated process flows.
Support testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Provide go-live support and post-implementation stabilization.
Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and RISE with SAP deployment standards.
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of STP processes and integration with SAP Ariba or other procurement platforms.
Proficiency in SAP Fiori apps related to procurement and inventory.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
