Job Title – Senior Workday Automation Tester
Location – Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)
Type – Contract Hire (C2C/W2/1099)
Rate :- $45. min of 6 months with opportunity to extend
Job Description:
Must have
• Extensive experience in end-to-end Workday testing, including functional testing as well as data migration and validation testing.
• Good understanding of Workday modules and functionalities.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing testing teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Airline or transportation industry experience is a strong plus
Nice to have
• Workday-specific certifications ( Workday Pro/ Workday HCM).
• Experience with HR systems implementation and migration projects.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques.
