Role: SAP SD/LE Consultant

Location: Raritan, NJ for Hybrid role (3days onsite)

Responsibilities:

Testing: Conducting unit testing, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and potentially leading testing cycles for new functionalities. 
Documentation: Creating user documentation and training materials for new functionalities and processes. 
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving operational SAP issues related to SD and LE. 
Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including business users, technical teams, and other SAP functional teams. 
Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to J&J’s compliance policies and procedures. 
Change Management: Coordinating and managing changes to the SAP system, ensuring proper change management processes are followed. 
Solution Manager: Utilizing SAP Solution Manager for project management, transport management, and other aspects of the SAP lifecycle. 
Project Involvement: Participating in project teams as a subject matter expert, potentially leading or sub-leading projects. 
Communication: Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. 
 

Required Skills and Experience:

·       SAP SD/LE Expertise:

Extensive knowledge of SAP SD and LE modules, including configuration, business processes, and integration points. 

·        

·       Functional Analysis:

Ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design effective SAP solutions. 

·        

·       Technical Skills:

Familiarity with ABAP debugging, user exits, and BAdIs related to SD and LE processes. 

·        

·       Project Experience:

Experience in multiple full-cycle SAP implementation projects, preferably in a lead or sub-lead role. 

·        

·       Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

·        

·       Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. 

·        

·       Teamwork:

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with both onsite and offshore team members. 

·        

·       Compliance:

Understanding of SOX and Computer System Validation requirements. 

·        

·       Supply Chain Knowledge:

Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices
