Position: A Transformation Program Manager
Location: San Deigo CA- Day 1 on-site
Rate: $70
Key Responsibilities of a Transformation Program Manager:
Program Leadership: Oversee and lead the execution of transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
Change Management: Manage the cultural and organizational shifts associated with transformation, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, set milestones, and track progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including budgets, personnel, and technology assets, to optimize program delivery.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the transformation program.
Performance Measurement and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate program performance, track key metrics, and report on progress and outcomes.
Business Case Development: Develop and present compelling business cases to secure executive buy-in for key initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management) with an MBA often preferred.
Experience: Significant experience in program or project management, with a focus on transformation, change management, or organizational improvement.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Project Management Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certifications are often preferred.
Other Desired Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, experience in a transformation office or business consulting role, and strong stakeholder management skills
