JD :

Bs degree in communication /OTHER with 5+ years’ experience
Adobe RoboHelp 2022 / Adobe creative suite and MS Visio
Use RoboHelp templates to design procedural content and styles, modify as needed
knowledge of engineering workflow and PLM processes
create process maps that correlate to procedural tasks for end users
synthesize information and transform it into user content
experience in software applications and to increase document processes, work with screen images through RoboHelp, snipping tool and edit
Ability to gather and assess documents to create and update user documentation in compliance with engineering and standards
