Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for administering and supporting Jira Cloud, with a focus on Service Management. This role includes creating and managing service management forms, developing workflows, implementing automations, and integrating Jira with M365. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to ensure the efficient operation and continuous improvement of our Jira environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Atlassian Cloud environment.
Configure and optimize Jira Service Management, JIRA Software, JIRA Confluence.
Ensure system reliability, performance, and availability.
Design and implement service management forms.
Customize forms to meet organizational needs.
Ensure forms are user-friendly and efficient.
Good Knowledge in ITIL Process
Develop and manage Jira workflows (Incident, Problem and change management).
Customize workflows to align with business processes.
Ensure workflows are efficient and meet user requirements
Implement and manage Jira automations.
Create automated processes to enhance productivity.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations.
Integrate Jira with M365 applications.
Ensure seamless data flow between Jira and M365.
Provide support and troubleshooting for integration issues.
Preferred Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills
Jira Administration certification.
Good Experience in JIRA admin online tools
Good Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Good Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles.
Familiarity with other Atlassian products (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket).
