• Has that experience and background in CMDB
• Platform architect
• Stand up SNOW from ground level
• Configure, planning, releases around it continuous improvement
• Leans towards FinTech – not required
• ITSM, ITOM, process of IRM and SAMPro
• Entire platform team – will work with all of them
