Role: Service Delivery Leader
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months

• We are looking for someone who is an expert in Service delivery area
like end user support, Infra structure services support, cloud support
etc. Should be good with ITIL practices.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery or operations
management, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale engagements and multi-site
delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework, service management tools, and
service desk operations.
• Hands-on expertise in infrastructure services, cloud (AWS), end-user
computing, and application support.
• Track record in managing client expectations, handling escalations,
and ensuring operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication
skills.
• Prior experience with managed service providers or service integration
programs is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead service delivery across multiple towers, including
infrastructure, workplace engineering, security services, application
support, and cloud operations.
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and drive continuous service improvement
across delivery teams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point and decision-making authority
for delivery matters in the US region.
• Conduct regular governance reviews with Aptia stakeholders, presenting
operational metrics, risk mitigation plans, and transformation updates.
• Collaborate with global teams (India, UK, and other regions) to ensure
consistent service experiences.
• Drive strategic initiatives including automation, AI/ML-enabled
support, FinOps, and right-shoring.
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks; lead business
continuity planning (BCP).
• Monitor financial performance, resource utilization, and identify cost
optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR,
HIPAA).
