Required skills:

10+ years of SAP Program/Project Management experience, including full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Proven track record of migrating SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA Cloud in large-scale retail or eCommerce environments.
Deep knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Solution Manager, and integration frameworks.
Strong grasp of Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices applied in SAP programs.
Familiarity with SAP Activate, TOGAF, and enterprise transformation frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
Experience managing global delivery models (onshore/offshore/nearshore).
PMP or equivalent certification preferred; SAP certifications a strong plus.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

Retail commerce experience including omnichannel, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes.
Exposure to cloud hosting environments such as SAP HEC, AWS, or Azure for SAP workloads.
