We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead complex software implementation projects focusing on Salesforce, Marketo, SAP, and other packaged applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of software implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, with a primary focus on Salesforce, Marketo, SAP, and other packaged applications.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage project scope, identify and mitigate risks, and address issues promptly.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reports.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Implement best practices in project management methodologies and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables are met according to agreed terms.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications:
·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on software implementation projects.

·       Proven experience in implementing Salesforce, Marketo, SAP, or other packaged applications.

·       Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

·       PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
