### **Position Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable IT Systems Administrator to support our infrastructure. This role requires a strong foundation in Azure cloud technologies, networking, and system administration. The ideal candidate will have a process-driven mindset, solid troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.

### **Responsibilities**
– Set up, configure, and maintain Azure networking, VMs, Azure Virtual Desktops, and hybrid environments.
– Configure user provisioning and Single Sign-On (SSO) for third-party products in Azure.
– Test, implement and maintain Intune conditional access policies and AutoPilot configurations.
– Administer NinjaOne for remote monitoring and management.
– Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python.
– Maintain public DNS configurations and firewall management.
– Maintain networking infrastructure, including SAN storage, Hyper-V clusters, and on-premise Active Directory.
– Support multiple environments including hybrid Exchange and Active Directory environments, integrating with Entra ID, as well as others.
– Review and monitor backup strategies using appropriate software solutions.
– Document system configurations and maintain process-driven IT workflows.
– Provide in-office support as needed, ensuring efficient IT operations with helpdesk support team.

### **Qualifications**
– **Preferred:** 2+ years of experience in IT systems administration.
– Proficiency in Azure networking, VM management, and Virtual Desktops.
– Experience with Azure SSO, Intune policies, Auto Pilot, and user provisioning.
– Knowledge of public DNS, firewalls, networking, SAN storage, and Hyper-V clusters.
– Familiarity with hybrid Exchange and Active Directory environments, including Entra ID integration.
– Understanding of backup concepts and related software solutions.
– **Bonus Skills:** Mac administration, Jira, Git experience.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
– Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
