Sr. .Net Fullstack Developer/Lead

Location:  Houston, TX(onsite)

Must Haves:

Technical Expertise:

·        11+ years of hands-on experience in software design and development, database design and development, and system integration

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

·        Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.

·        Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, DevOps, and QA to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

·        Provide code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to clean code principles and agile methodologies.

·        Drive technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and contribute to long-term platform strategy.

·        Proactively identify and resolve technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.

·        Ensure proper CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices are in place for continuous delivery and reliability.

 

 

 

Required Skills:

·        Web Application Development:

·        Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript and Angular

·        Strong understanding of server-side languages like Node.js and Python

·        Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

 

DevOps:

·        Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI

·        Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

·        Good to have knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Cloud Technologies:

·        Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

·        Understanding of cloud services including compute, storage, and networking.

·        Familiarity with cloud security best practices.

Desired Skills:
Database Management:

·        Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.

 

Testing and Quality Assurance:

·        Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools like Cypress, Jest, or Mocha.

Soft Skills:

·        Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

·        Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

·        Ability to work in an agile development environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·        8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.

·        Proven experience leading end-to-end full stack development projects in Agile environments.

·        Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
