Job Role: Lead Data Modeler
Location: remote
Experience – 13 years
Key Responsibilities
Lead the redesign of Oracle databases into Snowflake architecture.
Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models tailored to business KPIs and reporting requirements.
Establish and enforce data warehousing architectural principles, ensuring usability and efficiency of the presentation layer.
Act as a SME for information modeling processes and best practices.
Analyze data to validate business requirements and translate them into scalable data models.
Coordinate with client architects to ensure alignment with data management standards.
Facilitate data model review sessions and maintain modeling standards and documentation.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and interpret data requirements.
Participate in data mapping from source systems to staging and downstream layers.
Lead and guide junior data modelers and analysts.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in data modeling within the life sciences domain, especially vaccines.
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and Oracle databases.
Proficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., SQLDBM, Erwin, ER/Studio, or similar).
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data integration, and performance optimization.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
