Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications and systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues across various application layers.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technology stack.
Mandatory Requirements:
11+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong experience in Java development and Relational Database Systems.
Expertise in writing both simple and complex SQL queries.
Proven experience (5+ years) with ORM tools, preferably Spring + Hibernate, and a strong understanding of JPA.
Solid foundation in Core Java concepts, including:
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Java Collections Framework
Exception Handling
Multi-threading
In-depth knowledge of Java EE (JEE) architecture, concepts, and technologies.
