Role: Product Owner – Semiconductor Exp 12+

Location: Oregon, PO (Onsite)

JD:

Experience in semiconductor development, product management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of IC design, verification, packaging, or embedded software workflows.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Proven ability to break down complex technical topics into clear and actionable items for engineering teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
    Own and manage the product backlog for one or more semiconductor product lines (e.g., ASIC/SoC, memory, IPs, or embedded systems).
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, verification, software, and test engineering to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
    Translate customer and market requirements into detailed product features and technical specifications.
    Prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business value, and time-to-market.
    Act as the voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring delivery aligns with expectations.
    Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives within an Agile or SAFe framework.
    Monitor development progress and adjust priorities as needed based on technical and business feedback.
    Stay informed on industry trends (e.g., AI chips, automotive standards, low-power designs) and incorporate relevant innovations into the product roadmap.
    Work closely with Product Managers to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
