Position Overview
Join Client’s mission to strengthen the U.S. housing market by enhancing enterprise data capabilities.
As the Data Integration Lead, you’ll spearhead a large-scale initiative integrating third-party risk data across five to seven business divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analysis and documentation of current-state data flows and system inventories
Assess data quality and perform comprehensive data profiling
Conduct gap analyses to identify and resolve incomplete or inaccurate data
Coordinate and lead stakeholder meetings and discovery sessions
Act as liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment
Define target data strategies and oversee implementation roadmaps
Architect and design scalable data integration solutions across cloud and on-prem platforms
Document metadata, data lineage, and life cycles
Provide support for issue resolution and ad hoc data needs within the I&CM division
Collaborate on third-party risk reporting and ensure consistent data governance
Must-Have Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on data architecture and integration experience (75% focus on data, 25% on stakeholder/project leadership)
Strategic IT experience (8–10 years), including executive-level communication
Experience with:
SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server)
Cloud technologies (Snowflake or any cloud-based data platform)
APIs, ETL pipelines, and high-level data modeling
Master data, metadata, and data quality management (Informatica is a plus)
Strong analytical, data reconciliation, and documentation skills
Ability to guide and influence technical and business stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
