Job Description:
Been on devs for all CI/CD in Sf with Copado
Farther ahead with processes (CI/CD) more focus on coaching devs to be better
Volume – releases every Tues and Thursday
Sometimes small config
Still in stabilization period
Quite a bit of code in dev – with SF Tuesday and Thursday
Check and balance with the release manager for the Client team.
Had emergency change and in off hours when released realized tests weren’t run against in production environment (test classes failing) now 600 defects in hole if fix 1 piece of code
Taking off plate and segregation of duties with focus on quality.
