Job Title: Helpdesk/IT Support/Desktop Technician
Location: Houston, TX
Contract

JD:Configure and maintain mobile scanners and label printers (Zebra).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware malfunctions, connectivity issues, and print quality problems.
Maintain a spare inventory and manage hardware replacements.
Act as the first point of contact for IT-related Oracle, MES, and Scanner/Label Printer issues in the production area.
Work with vendors (Zebra) for warranty claims.
Log, track, and escalate Oracle/MES issues
Provide quick resolutions to minimize production downtime.
Identify recurring hardware failures and suggest improvements.
Work with process engineers and IT teams to implement efficiency improvements.
Support IT audits related to hardware assets and configurations.
Maintain documentation for hardware configurations, IP mappings, and SOPs.
Support new system rollouts or upgrades related to scanning & printing technologies.
