Job Title: Gen AI Fullstack Developer
Location: Tampa, FL (Remote OK)
Duration: Long Term

Role Description:
• Seeking highly versatile and self-driven Full-Stack Product Engineers for autonomous product development pods.
• Each engineer will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle from gathering requirements to deploying and maintaining applications in production.
• This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in startup-like environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications collaborating with Architects using ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, and Python.
• Build and integrate AILLM workflows using LangChain or LangGraph.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code across the stack.
• Set up and manage CICD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (DevOps).
• Perform functional testing and ensure high product quality.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems.
• Take ownership of features from ideation to deployment and support.

Skills Required:

Primary Skills
• Proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with LangChain or LangGraph for AILLM integration.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, NoSQL
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience working in cross-functional, self-managed teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of deliverables
