Job Summary
The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning teams. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of salesforce development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross functional teams to implement effective solutions. 

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning projects from inception to completion.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the salesforce platform.
Develop and customize salesforce applications using apex, visual force, and lightning components.
Ensure best practices are followed in salesforce development processes.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to meet project requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions on the salesforce platform.

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in salesforce apex development including triggers, classes, batch apex, and declarative features.
Strong experience in salesforce lightning web components, aura framework, and lightning design system.
In-depth knowledge of integration with external systems using rest and soap apis.
Familiarity with salesforce data modeling, security and sharing settings, and deployment strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively.

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.

Responsibilities
Development: Design, implement, and maintain custom solutions using Salesforce’s Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other technologies.
Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
Testing and Deployment: Conduct rigorous testing and manage deployment processes to ensure stable and reliable solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all development processes, integrations, and configurations.
Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies.
Experience: Minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Developer and other relevant certifications are a plus.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
