Job Title : SAP MM/EDI Tech Lead
Location : Salisbury, MD (Onsite)
Duration : 12 Months
Mandatory Skill- EDI (Strong) + MM+3PL ( 3RDPARTY LOGISTICS)
Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
· BS Degree, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. Master’s degree is a plus.
· Specialized or technical knowledge, credentials or licensing required for the position include:
· 5-7 Years IT or equivalent experience with application systems used within the Manufacture and logistics Processes.
· Strong technical experience in project management, system analysis, process design, software development, testing and training in IT management & services.
· Experience in SAP ECC/S4 Hana – E2E SAP project implementations, production support & system upgrade for supply chain solutions concentrating on the above areas or equivalent.
· Expertise in working on SAP EDI and B2B integration projects using IBM Sterling integrator and should be proficient in mapping SAP Idoc with XML/X12.
· Efficient in working with business teams, gathering business requirements, identify process gaps and implementing solutions thru strategic road map projects. Experienced in ticket resolutions and troubleshooting.
· Experienced in writing technical documents such as business requirement specifications, functional specifications, and training documentation.
· Experienced in organizational change management protocols for subject applications including creation and delivery of testing and training materials and communicating change throughout various levels of an organization.
· Have good understanding on SAP SD Master Data, Logistics execution (LE), SAP MM and WMS processes.
· Working knowledge of Integration with services such as EDI, AS2, API, SFTP with our 3PL trading partners.
· Experienced in leading small/medium projects with 3PL partners handling changes to existing configurations and/or integrating into new facilities.
· Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite including creation of Excel spreadsheets, and MS Power Point presentations is required.
· Thorough understanding of Project Methodologies (Traditional/AGILE)
Additional Skills required for the position include:
· Responsible for Supply Chain processes and supporting technical functionality for the areas of Logistics, Inventory/Material management, 3rd Party Logistics (3PL EDI), Order management and other cross-functional areas as needed.
· Development experience working with EDI transactions like 204,846,850,855,856,888,940,944,945, 947.
· Must be a high-energy, highly motivated, and flexible self-starter with the ability to effectively multi-task.
· Ability to self-manage and complete projects and tasks, on-time, with little supervision.
· Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and at all levels of the organization
· Strong systems solution and systems architecture skills
· Strong understanding of manufacturing and logistics (Inbound/Outbound) business processes
· Strong business and technical leadership and facilitation skills
· Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
· Ability to partner well and resolve conflict, respects constructive feedback

· Knowledge and understanding of integrated solutions involving SAP ERP and Legacy System
· Strategic IT vision and excellent execution skills
· Exposure to Third Party Logistics (3PL) processes, transactions & IDOC’s
· Hands-on experience working on SAP EDI/MM modules including:
1. Integration methods (EDI, AS2, API, etc.)
2. Understanding relational databases (Oracle, SQL)
3. HP Quality Center Management or other testing software
4. EDISIM/EDI mapping tools
5. SharePoint, OneDrive
6. Understanding of Project Methodologies (Traditional/AGILE)
