Job Title: Dataiku Admin with Databricks AI/ML

Responsibilities:

·         As a Technical SME, an associate must have excellent level of technical expertise on Dataiku Platform Administration and Databricks AI ML expertise along with Programming with R and Python.

·         Hands-On experience in SQL, Spark, Docker containerization, Kubernetes (EKS) as well as AWS Services like EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation and Building IaC pipelines using Ansible and Terraform.

·         Experience with various tasks like Workgroup management, Databricks Cluster management, Security Management, Code Environment setup, Studio Management, Package, Library and Plugin Installation, Job Scheduling.

·         Experience with GitHub Setup, Bundle Migration and Performance management

·         Experience in setting up Database connectivity with SQL, Redshift and Oracle

·         Working experience on Tasks like Capacity management, Usage Metrics, rightsizing exercise as well as operational tasks like Key rotation activities, Certificate renewals, vulnerability remediation.

·         Advanced understanding of Linux Operating Systems.

·         Excel in a fast-paced, agile environment supporting multiple projects and collaborating with users on AI / ML Models, codebase debugging and fixing issues.

·         Dataiku Model creation and training experience are added advantages.

·         Experience in Plan & deploy of high availability solutions for Build & Release services using GitOps.

·         ITIL Framework knowledge with Change/Problem/Incident/Request/Configuration and Knowledge management hands-on for SDLC and IML experience including Setup/IQOQ/Testing

·         Experience with tools like Service Now, Xray for Testing, Versioning tools like GitHub, Confluence and JIRA experience.

·         Manage and develop team capability for resolving complex incidents, prepare status reports for Customers and internal stakeholders

·         Stakeholder Management: Communication with Business users related to resolving queries, obtain clarifications and providing updates – Setup Business bridge calls to update status of Critical incidents / Outages – Follow up with internal and external stakeholders (Customer and Vendor liaison) to progress tickets to resolution.

·         Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills and must be comfortable with communicating with internal/external stakeholders in a global business environment to increase adoption.
