10+ years of experience managing / developing advertising technology product lines with a proven track record of bringing highly technical products to market.
Extensive experience collaborating with engineering teams to achieve product goals.
Proven success managing offshore resources, including development and quality assurance teams.
Deep technical background in the advertising technology space, with a strong understanding of industry trends and innovations.
Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to leverage metrics and analytics to inform product strategy.
Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including:
Ad servers and ad exchanges.
Real-time bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising.
Connected TV (CTV) and Over-the-top (OTT) advertising.
Addressable advertising and audience targeting.
Data management platforms (DMPs) and customer data platforms (CDPs).
Familiarity with ad measurement and analytics tools.
Data Analysis:
Proficiency in analysing data to identify trends and insights.
Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Experience with data visualization tools and reporting.
Understanding of API’s.
Familiarity with cloud based technologies.
