Role: RPA Production Support – UiPath

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Long Term Contract

 

 

 

 

Experience:

5+ Years of overall IT experience
3-5 years of experience in RPA
Minimum of 2 years in UiPath Production Support
Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot monitoring
Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, best practices, and exception handling
Proficient in analysing logs and troubleshooting in a production environment
Key Responsibilities

Incident Management:
Log, track, and manage user requests and incidents related to UiPath automation solutions using ticketing systems.

Basic Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve common issues with UiPath bots, such as job failures, exceptions, and performance problems, often focusing on known and recurring problems. 

Monitoring:
Monitor the health and performance of deployed bots through UiPath Orchestrator, checking for failures, exceptions, and queue issues. 

User Communication:
Provide timely updates to end-users on the status of their raised incidents and effectively communicate technical information. 

Escalation:
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams (L2/L3) and ensure proper documentation of the escalated issues. 

Daily Maintenance:
Perform routine activities like health checks, log reviews, and minor bot audits. 

Documentation:
Update and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles for support processes. 

Required Skills and Knowledge

UiPath Platform: Proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator is essential. 

RPA Concepts: A strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation principles and best practices. 

ITIL Framework: Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and service request management. 

Ticketing Systems: Experience with ITSM (IT Service Management) tools like ServiceNow or Jira. 

Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to ask targeted questions, diagnose problems, and conduct remote troubleshooting. 

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills
