Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
