Role: Front End Developer
Location: NYC, NY
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & Optimize: Build responsive, accessible web applications using Angular 17, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, TypeScript, Material Design, and Bootstrap, ensuring cross browser compatibility and optimal performance.
• API Integration: Connect front-end interfaces with RESTful APIs for efficient data exchange and dynamic functionality.
• State Management: Implement and manage complex application states using RxJS for reactive programming and NgRx for predictable state management.
• Code Quality: Write and maintain Jest unit tests to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Agile Collaboration: Engage in Sprint-based Agile workflows, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, collaborating with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers
.• Problem-Solving: Debug and resolve complex technical issues using strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Standards & Documentation: Follow coding best practices, maintain applications, and document processes to support scalability and team collaboration.
• Innovation: Stay updated on front-end trends, proposing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Technical Expertise:
o Advanced proficiency in Angular 17, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and TypeScript.
o Strong experience with Material Design and Bootstrap for consistent, modern UI development.
o Expertise in RxJS for reactive programming and NgRx for state management in Angular applications.
o Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs for dynamic data handling.
o Proficiency in Jest for unit testing and ensuring code reliability.
• Tools & Methodologies:
o Proficient with Git for version control and collaborative development.
o Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles to support diverse devices.
o Experienced in Sprint-based Agile methodologies, with familiarity in tools like Jira.
• Soft Skills:
o Exceptional problem-solving and logical thinking abilities to tackle complex challenges.
o Strong collaboration and communication skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
