• Documented Current & Future State Processes: Detailed process maps, business rules, and procedures that are clear and up to date.
• Identified Process Gaps & Improvement Opportunities: Analysis highlighting discrepancies between current and desired states with defined steps to bridge them.
• Designed & Evaluated Potential Solutions: Collaborative development and assessment of feasible and effective process improvements and automation recommendations.
• Facilitated Stakeholder Alignment & Change Adoption: Effective communication, presentation of findings, and support for the implementation of process changes through training and monitoring.
