Job Title: Test Automation Engineer – Playwright, C#, NET
Location: Hartford CT – Hybrid – (2 weeks compulsory office)
Type: Contract
MAX Rate : $55 / Hour on C2C

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop UI automated test scripts using Playwright with CNET
• Design and Develop API automated test scripts using Rest Assured
• Collaborate with developers and QA leads to understand business and functional requirements
• Integrate test automation into CICD pipelines eg Azure DevOps Jenkins
• Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks
• Identify test scenarios suitable for automation and prioritize accordingly
• Perform functional regression and end to end testing of the application under test
• Document test cases bugs and test execution results clearly
• Participate in code reviews and ensure automation best practices
• Troubleshoot failures and identify root causes quickly and effectively
Required Skills
• 5 years of experience in test automation
• Strong hands on experience with Playwright using C
• Solid understanding of NET Framework Core
• Experience testing REST APIs and using tools like Rest Assured or automated API testing frameworks
• Proficient with CICD tools such as Azure DevOps Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Experience in writing end to end and integration tests in NET
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Spec Flow optional
• Strong debugging problem solving and analytical skills
• Exposure to containerized environments Docker Kubernetes is an advantage
• Knowledge of SQL and working with databases

• Ability to work independently and in an Agile Scrum team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
