Job Title: Appian Senior Developer
Location: REMOTE (USA/Canada)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Appian Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement business process management applications using the Appian low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Appian development and a good understanding of BPM concepts, with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable and maintainable Appian applications including SAIL interfaces, process models, records, and reports.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Appian-based solutions.
Integrate Appian applications with external systems using web services (REST/SOAP) and databases.
Conduct unit testing, support system integration testing, and resolve defects.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of applications.
Support production deployments and post-go-live activities.
Requirements
Required Skills:
4–6 years of total IT experience, with 3+ years in Appian BPM development.
Proficient in SAIL, expression rules, process models, records, reports, and Appian sites.
Experience with Appian plug-ins, integrations, and APIs.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification preferred.
