Job Description:

We’re seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer to architect, design, and deploy cutting-edge LLM-based and AI/ML systems.

This role will involve working with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, and leading full-cycle development of AI solutions in collaboration with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities:

Architect and implement AI/ML systems to solve complex business problems
Build and deploy LLM applications (LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, etc.)
Develop end-to-end ML pipelines and MLOps workflows
Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for enterprise use
Design AI copilots and intelligent agents with real-time capabilities
Mentor engineering teams and contribute to internal AI frameworks
Work closely with cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment
 

 Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years in software engineering with focus on AI/ML
3+ years in technical leadership roles
Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face
Proven experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, OSS models)
Familiar with vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and AWS
Deep understanding of NLP, embeddings, semantic search, RAG
Experience integrating AI into full-stack cloud-native systems
Strong communication & consulting skills
