Job Title: Temporary Accountant (3–6 Months)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team on a temporary basis for 3 to 6 months. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), collections, and journal entries. This role is fully onsite in Houston, TX, and requires a proactive, confident professional with excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal departments and external vendors/customers.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of AR/AP and general accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
High attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work independently
