Job Role and Responsibilities:
# Required Skills (3 at most): • Expertise in workshop facilitation and information elicitation in large group settings
• Subject matter expert in Maintain to Settle domain, familiar with MTS specific SAP best practices scenarios and L1-L2-L3 process decomposition
# Nice to Have Skills: • Experience with and knowledge of SD in S/4HANA is a big plus
# Role Responsibilities: • Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level
• Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications
• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
• Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
• Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
