Job Role and Responsibilities:
Salesforce Technical Lead – Telecom B2B Sales Domain
– Perform hands-on remediation of high-priority defects during US business hours
– Bring telecom industry experience, specifically in B2B sales processes
– Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills Required:
– Salesforce Sales Cloud (configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Components) deep experience required
– Understanding/experience with a CPQ software (configuration and integration experience preferred) NetCracker CPQ nice to have but not required
