Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and technically proficient Lead Data Analyst with strong retail domain knowledge to support our CRM, CDP, personalization, and measurement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), big data ecosystems, and data foundation architecture, and will be able to contribute from day one with minimal onboarding support. This role will be pivotal in analysing and resolving data issues across platforms like Amperity and Acxiom, optimizing marketing performance, and enabling scalable, modular data solutions. Experience in agentic AI implementation to derive actionable insights from data is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data analytics efforts across CRM, CDP, and personalization programs, supporting segmentation, targeting, lifecycle marketing, and campaign strategies.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in data analytics, mentoring junior analysts and driving best practices in data governance, storytelling, and campaign measurement.
- Apply agentic AI techniques to extract insights and drive automation and intelligence in marketing and personalization workflows.
