Kore.AI development, VXML and IVR bot development.
Job Description
Hands-on experience developing conversational AI bots using Kore.AI platform
Solid experience with VXML (Voice XML) and IVR bot development
Exposure to chatbot and voice assistant solutions
Strong understanding of dialog flow design, NLP/NLU models, and API integrations
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize bot workflows and integrations
Experience working in an Agile environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders
Passport Numb is Mandatory
