7-10 years of experience in applications support.
Multiple years’ experience supporting applications in distribution.
NetSuite implementation and administration experience.
Strong process modeling and data flow experience.
Strong testing experience.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong project management skills.
Strong business analysis skills.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Strong desire to have job shop manufacturing experience (simple fabrication and assembly).
Experience building visualizations in BI tools (highly desirable).
Job Summary
Eleconnex, an electrical parts distributor, is seeking a NetSuite Applications Analyst to support their major initiative of merging three businesses into one and migrating all operations to NetSuite. This role will involve comprehensive NetSuite implementation and ongoing support, as well as Zoho support. You will be crucial in configuring, administering, and ensuring the smooth functioning of NetSuite, coordinating testing, managing data migration, and providing user training.
Responsibilities
Perform application configuration and administration of NetSuite.
Define and document standard business processes.
Coordinate and deliver testing of application solutions.
Support and manage data migration of master and transactional data.
Coordinate and provide application and business process training.
Participate in the organizational change management plan.
Provide support for data integrations to ensure proper field mapping.
Lead a team of subject matter experts in all applications to build and expand internal capabilities.
