Job Summary:

We are seeking a Chief Architect to design and implement robust architectural solutions aligned with our strategic objectives. You will focus on REST API and PL/SQL, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization. This role requires a visionary leader to provide technical guidance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of scalable architectural solutions that meet business requirements.
Oversee the integration of REST API and PL/SQL technologies to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to enhance their skills and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural strategies with business goals.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure that architectural solutions are secure, reliable, and adhere to industry standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs and processes.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Drive innovation by exploring new architectural trends and incorporating them into projects.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion of architectural initiatives.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive experience in designing and implementing REST API solutions.
Strong proficiency in PL/SQL for database management and optimization.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proven track record of leading architectural projects in a hybrid work environment.
Expertise in evaluating and integrating new technologies into existing systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
