Job Description/ Responsibilities Job Summary
The Geospatial Manager MAP is responsible for overseeing the integration and management of geospatial data using Microsoft collaboration tools. With a focus on enhancing data accessibility and collaboration, the role requires extensive experience in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory. The candidate will work from the office during day shifts, contributing to the companys mission of leveraging geospatial data for impactful decision-making.
Responsibilities
– Oversee the management and administration of MS SharePoint portals to ensure seamless data sharing and collaboration.
– Provide expert guidance on the use of OneDrive for Business to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
– Coordinate with teams to ensure effective use of the CollabM365SharePointSuite for geospatial data management.
– Manage Active Directory administration to maintain secure and efficient access to geospatial data.
– Implement M365 messaging solutions to facilitate effective communication and data sharing among teams.
– Develop strategies to improve the integration of geospatial data with existing Microsoft collaboration tools.
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of geospatial data systems to ensure optimal functionality.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align geospatial data initiatives with organizational goals.
– Provide training and support to team members on the use of Microsoft collaboration tools for geospatial data.
– Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all geospatial data management activities.
– Contribute to the companys mission by leveraging geospatial data to support impactful decision-making.
