Job Title:  Oracle SCM Solution Architect

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and design robust Oracle SCM solutions that align with organizational goals.
Architect end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations, ensuring integration with other enterprise systems.
Lead configuration and customization efforts across modules such as:
Inventory Management
Order Management
Procurement
Manufacturing
Design scalable, high-performance system architectures and integration strategies.
Collaborate with integration teams to streamline cross-functional supply chain processes.
Identify and drive supply chain process improvements using Oracle SCM capabilities.
Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SCM modules.
Create and deliver training for end users and IT teams on Oracle SCM functionalities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including:
Solution architecture
Configuration settings
Implementation details
Stay current on Oracle SCM product releases, patches, and industry best practices.
Engage regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust the solution as business needs evolve.
 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of total experience in IT roles such as Software Developer, Architect, Analyst, Consultant, etc.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Oracle Supply Planning.
Strong understanding of Oracle SCM application architecture and implementation best practices.
Proven experience integrating Oracle SCM with enterprise systems and data sources.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong documentation skills and a commitment to quality and process adherence.
 

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Knowledge of enterprise integration tools and middleware (Oracle SOA Suite, OIC, etc.)
Experience in manufacturing or high-tech industries is a plus
