Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead to lead the development of a new payment’s platform from scratch. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise with Java and microservices, along with a good understanding of frontend technologies. While frontend skills are required, the focus is primarily on services development and architectural experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end development of new projects, primarily in the payment’s domain.
Design and implement scalable backend systems using Java and microservices architecture.
Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to define and build robust solutions.
Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and performance standards.
Guide and mentor junior developers within the team.
Take part in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
Participate in architectural design and contribute to best practices.
Provide onshore coordination with offshore teams when required.

Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot framework.
Solid experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of architecture patterns and the ability to contribute to system design.
Exposure to frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or similar) not critical but preferred.
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
